I had a false awakening this morning. My wife got up, but I fell back asleep. I dreamed I got up with her though. I set the alarm clock. I spoke with her a bit Then I woke up again. J_______ was in the living room making noises with the cell phone. I think the noises were incorporated into the dream.
Laid down to take a nap at about 2:00p.m.
Never got to sleep. There was a feeling of bodily distortion and then this grew into feelings of motion. Odd gyrating and pulsing sensations. Sense of direction was confused. Many odd sensations I don't know how to describe. I tried to focus on my "third eye", but my eyes would not stay still.
